Privacy policy

Last updated October 19, 2026.

This policy covers gepoxypro.com, run by G Epoxy & Flooring LLC (trading as G Epoxy Pro), Smyrna, Georgia.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, the city of the job, details about the floor, and how you heard about us. With it we save the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a link, the campaign details in that link. We use this only to reply to you, quote your job, and understand which of our marketing works.

When you call us, your phone number and the call details are kept by our phone provider. We may use call-tracking so we know which calls came from the website.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on. We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising profiles.

Who sees it

Your request reaches G Epoxy Pro and the company that runs this website for us. We use service providers to host the site, store requests and send notifications (for example Cloudflare and Google). They process it on our behalf only.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to work with you and keep business records, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
